Following the launch of Connect to existing channel partners last November, Gamma continue to develop their converged solution with the release of the companion app, MyConnect.
Connect integrates Gamma Mobile with its market leading Cloud PBX, Horizon, bringing advanced call handling and management features to the mobile phone. The smart companion app, MyConnect enhances the Connect experience by empowering mobile workers with additional features such as visual voicemail, number presentation options and providing the company directory to user’s mobiles. All iOS and Android users will be able to download MyConnect, staying responsive, working flexibly and offering a consistent, professional business image.
By advancing the capabilities of Connect, Gamma believes this solution can provide channel partners with an opportunity to differentiate themselves in the market and secure both the fixed voice and mobile contract with their customers. Many businesses are facing an increasingly common requirement for flexible working conditions, whilst also looking to maintain a consistent level of customer service and productivity.
